Jenny Bell Biography

Originally from Miami, FL, Jenny is a visual artist and photographer. She received a BA in Photography from Georgia State University School of Fine Arts and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Education. Jenny has worked as a graphic designer, art director, commercial photographer and teacher. Her fine art work is a combination of both figurative images and landscapes, reflecting a personal psychological narrative extracted from the world around her. Using alternative methods and processes, long exposures, collage and photomontage, Jenny's style is expressive, symbolic and emotionally charged. Heavily influnced by her graphic arts experience, she uses photography as a journal to reflect upon women’s issues, domestic life, sexuality, escape and fantasy. Jenny currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband, David and their three sons.
